CPA. Martine Ntebi – Managing Partner.

Martine is a Certified Public Accountant in Public Practice (CPA-PP) registered with the National Board of Accountants and Auditors (NBAA) Tanzania and a registered tax consultant. He is also a member of the Tanzania Institute of Bankers (TIOB). Martine was the Assistant Audit Manager with Techno Auditors, the auditing firm based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania until June, 2024 when he joined MEG CONSULTING as a founder and the Managing Partner. Throughout his career, he has participated in numerous audit engagements for organizations across different sectors, including government institutions, private companies, and NGOs. Further, he has been actively involved in providing consultancy and training services aimed at strengthening financial management systems, improving organizational accountability, and supporting entities in achieving compliance with financial and regulatory frameworks.

CPA. Jackline S. Shirima – Partner.
Jackline is a Certified Public Accountant in Public Practice (CPA-PP) registered with the National Board of Accountants and Auditors (NBAA) Tanzania. She holds a Masters of Science in Project Planning and Management from the Institute of Accountancy Arusha (IAA), Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Ardhi University and Diploma in International Public Sector Accounting Standards from NBAA. With over eight (8) years of practical experience in NGOs sector, Jackline has developed a deep expertise in financial reporting and donor fund management.
